I'm a US citizen and I recently got married. My spouse lives out of the country and I'm trying to sponsor her green card. While filling it out I came across these questions
1. Since the spouse is not in USA , do I need to provide 2 passport photographs of her in the application packet in addition to my photos?
2. Since we married recently we don't have any documents to show that the marriage is Bona fide so I was going to submit couple of affidavits. Can I submit an affidavit myself swearing that the marriage is for real? Also can the parents of the spouse or mine submit affidavits, even if they are not US citizens?
If someone can answer these it would be of immense help. Thanks!
