3. Can i pay everything together or i shd split it?

1.) Forms for family based green card are paid through checks or mail order made out to the department of homeland security (I'm assuming you're talking about green card forms since this question is in that thread.
2.) Your checks need to be included with your forms when you file, NOT sent separately (they will deny your application if you do that).
3.) Your checks need to be made out separately for each form as indicated on their respective instruction pages.
4.) Where you mail will depend on where you live, I believe the USCIS website has a tool to help you find where you should send your forms to.
