Recently me and my wife decided to live separate because of severe arguments between us. We still keep talking to each-other. Question: can we still file jointly for removal of the conditions on my green card or is it better to get a divorce and apply for a waiver? Whats the better way to handle this assuming that our marriage has a lot of difficulties and we are not planning to move back in together soon.
