I have been on an F1 visa for the past 4 years. I got married to a USC in September and visited my home country for the holidays. I came back yesterday and I am planning to submit my AOS application (concurrent I-130, I-485, I-131, I-765) as soon as possible.
Will the new 90 day rule affect my application?

As the spouse of a US citizen, all you need to demonstrate is: You entered the US with inspection and the marriage is bonafide. Nothing else matters. So you can go ahead and submit your application as soon as you can.
