IR process time

Hi,
I would to ask my brother (citizen) has filed petition for my mother for gc. Filing date (pd) is Oct2017. How much time need to wait for welcome letter for further process?
This is an overseas application.

With all my clients it used to take 6-9 months. Now its taking about 11-12 months till you see the interview. But remember, if you take too long to send NVC the supporting documents & make the payments then it'll be 11-12months.
