Hi all.
My case is regarding the f3 visa. My father has applied for my immigration visa in Aug 2006. He has worked in the u.s legally and holds a u.s passort.
But as we know the f3 visa processing takes a long time he is not able to work any more because of his age and health issues.
I am financial strong to take care of my family after I get the immigration visa and I won't be of any liability to the country.
I also have immediate relatives who are u.s citizens and will Co-sponcer me.
Though I have relatives in u.s there is no one to can really take care of him.
We plan to stay together in u.s after i get the immigration visa.
My question to you is:
Does my father needs to be in u.s during my immigration process.
Will this in any way affect my chances of getting the visa rejected.
My priority date is going to be current by this year and I am really confused.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
