Hello,
I filed my husbands I30 congruent with I485 in September of 2016 I later had to remove the form 485 because my husband had entered US without inspection so he did not qualify for that form. The I30 remained but I have yet to hear any updates since. I have made info requests due to longer than normal processing time but no information is given. I received a reply today stating the application is in the pre-scheduling process. I will receive an interview notice at the address on file once this initial processing is complete and an interview is available. That's all I get. I am sure of what this means since the application status states it is still pending.
I need help understanding what this means and how much longer am I expecting this to be prolong.
