Son over 21 of the USA citizen has an approved I-130 petition pending visa availability. Currently the beneficiary is [employed/research)in the USA on a TN visa. Is there any way to file I-485 or any other form to to accelerate the green card issuance process?

Hi! You actually can, it all depends on your PD and your son's country of birth. You can if your son's PD is before Sep 01, 2011 if a beneficiary from India, China, and the rest of the world. For Philippines has to be before Sep 01, 2007, and for Mexico before Jan 01, 1997.
