I-130, Applying for my Parents

Hi There,

I am new to this forum. I need help on filling correct forms. I am applying for my father. Mother passed away. Currently he have visit visa till 2025. So he comes and go every couple of months. I would like to file for him since he is alone now in Trinidad. I already completed 1-130, now do I need to send G325A Form with it? Do I file I-864 and I-485 as well. If I need to file can I send them with I-130 form? What other forms do I need to file? please Advise. Oh he is currently traveling from Trinidad and Tobago. Now after I file can he still book he ticket and come to USA and visit or he wont be able to fly until he gets his green card??

It depends on whether he wants to come and live with you immediately in which case he can travel to the US and then you can file AOS for him or you can just file the I130 only if he is not in a rush to come up
