Hi all! My husband is applying for AOS here in the US and I have a couple questions about what exactly needs to be translated (Spanish to English).
His passport (Venezuelan) is printed in both English and Spanish already, and his US visa is (obviously) also in English.
I know his birth certificate does need to be translated, but does his passport need to be translated?
Also does his driver's license need to be translated?
If one of his family members write a letter supporting our marriage in SPANISH, can my husband (who is very fluent in both languages) translate it himself or must those also be certified and translated by an outside source?
Thanks in advance
Sincerely,
A Stressed Petitioner
