    I have question.

First of all to clarify my situation:

I have obtained a green card via lottery 3,5 years ago, came to US, and after a year I petitioned for my wife to come, which went through USCIS. Now I've been coming every couple of month back to birth country for couple of weeks, and my wife was pregnant during this petition. Now I came back to birth country 8 months ago when my daughter was born, and my wife petition was with NVC by that time. Now I've got a list of things to do, like pay fees which I did and gather all documentation to send them.

What should I do for my daughter now? Should I petition once more? And if so is it really possible that we need to wait another 3 years for her to be approved?

Second question ( Signed affidavit of support I-864):

Now the section for household is now automatically imputing result based on your answers and it doubles my household.
Because principal immigrant is my wife and she should bring our daughter, under the number 28 of part 3 i have to put 2. Now on part five ( household ), under number 1 it automatically puts 2 and myself 1. On number 3 I'm asked if I'm married which I am, and if I am I have to pun 1, and number 3 asks me if I have any children and to put the number of how many I have which is 1.

And then it totals my household to 5 which is not true.

Can anybody help me with my situation????

    Thanks

No. Your daughter can immigrate as your wife's derivative beneficiary.

You don't count anyone twice. Since your wife and daughter have already been counted, you put 0 for your spouse and 0 for your dependent children.

This is my personal opinion and is not to be construed as legal advice.
