I have question about I-864. My wife is planning to apply for my green card. But she does not have sufficient income. so, I have my relative who will become joint sponsor for me and my wife. and, my joint sponsor will attach all his tax report. But, here my wife's grand father filed a tax together for him and my wife showing her as a dependent. Her grandfather does not have sufficient income either. So, what should I do now? or, can she apply for I-864 without the tax report?
