I wanted to file an Application for Green card for my parents. I am trying to figure out which of the two will be a quicker process:
1- I file for them the I-130 right now (I have filled the form and I can submit it as early as this week- Feb 27, 2018) and then they are supposed to be here in the US in April 2018. Then they can file for Adjustment of Status (I-1485). Assuming that is possible
2- We wait till they are here in April 2018 and file I-130 and I-485 together.
Any suggestion what is the more expedient and efficient process?
