Parents Greencard of US Citizen - !!PLS HELP!!
1) what is the current timeline to receive greencard?
2) Do we give original passport? - what do we do if we need to travel to home country in between either because the date is over for current stay or emergency?
3) I - 485:Part 1.23a,b,c : Nowadays, they dont give I-94 White card on entry but just stamp the last date of stay but the I-485 has spaces from Part 1.23a,b,c to fill up.
4) I - 485: Part 3 - 8a,8b Date of residence inside and outside US - my parents on visitor visa from India but has vacationed few months in USA and other countries thats available in passport. Should we put the 6 months stay in US and vacation time away from home country (too many entries last few years if that way)
5) I-485 A: what are the set of compulsory documents and optional documents - is I 485A required?
6) I - 131:Part 3 (2) :expected length of trip - is this the trip to go outside united states for advance parole/travel document - what is a minimum stay thats accepted
7) I - 131: Part 4 1A: Purpose of trip (as this could vary if opting multiple trips or just need to go back to home country because the length of stay given at port of entry is over but havent recd?
8) I - 864: Part 5: Sponsor's household size - do we count the parents currently applying for greencard (they are having 2 applications separately) - which category should they be classified - for eg., current petitioner is one parent and the other parent?
