I94 Extension Needed?

Hi,

I applied greencard for my parents who came to US on B2-Visitor Visa. Their finger printing was done in January and we are waiting for the next steps. Their I94 is going to expire in 2 weeks. Should they be applying for their I94 extension or it is not needed? What is their status now?

No. They should NOT apply for Extension of Status. Not only is it unnecessary, but the application requires them to explain why their stay will be temporary, and their stay isn't temporary so they will be lying.

They are in B2 status until their I-94 expires, and then will be out of status. They can stay in the US for as long as I-94 is pending, regardless of whether they have status.
