upgrading my i-130 from F2A to IR!!! HELP

my husband is now in naturalization process and after he get the citizenship we are planning in upgrading to IR. at that time we will be at the NVC, what should we do keep it as F2A or its better to upgrade it.
and if we upgrade it what time should I expect to wait at that stage?????? my PD is April 7th,2017
