    Do denied tourist visa effect i-130?

    last year in July 2017 i have applied for a tourist visa (while my i-130 visa was processing for 3 month) and it was denied because i cant process more than one case at a time, and at that time i didn't know that till they tell me at the consulate. can this effect my spouse visa interview or make any problem???????? and if yes what should i do ????

      As long as you did not commit fraud when applying for a tourist visa, that application will have no impact on your application for an immigrant visa
