Hi,
I have couple of questions on family based immigration sponsored my brother,
who is a US citizen. The instructions for I-130 says that my brother has to provide birth certificates of both of us. I do not have birth certificate, so I got the 'non-availability' certificate for my birth proof along with affidavits from my parents. My brother did the same when he applied his green card in the past. Right now, he does not have these documents with him for whatever reasons. Getting these certificates for him is a bit difficult task, though not impossible. I would like to know if there is any alternative for it, as he is US citizen.
I appreciate your help in clarifying this point.
Thanks,
Ravi
