need help filing gc for mother

I am a US citizen over 21yrs filing for my mother presently in India .
what documents do i need to submit along with i 130,in addition to my naturalization certificate and birth certificate.
Do I need to submit i864 and i864a(contract between me and my husband)now along with i 130 ,as I am unemployed ,so as to prove sponsorship.
or I send it at a later stage?
