To petition the child as an immigrant, you start with the I-130.

You then need to add proof of your U.S. status, birth certificates for both of you, marriage certificate for you and the child's mother, photos of you and child and mother together, proof of prior marriage terminations of you and the child's mother.

USCIS submittal fee will be $535.
