  • I864 EDITION EXPIRED AFTER SUBMISSION, WHAT SHOULD i DO

I am a USC married to a Canadian (CS-1), we submitted I-130/ I-131/ _765 and I-485 plus medial (I-693) and affidavit of support (I-864). My wife had her bio metric on Mar/12/18 and i noticed that the I-864 edition changed. The file version we mailed is still valid until May 01.
Do we mail the newer version? or do we wait for the interview and bring the newer version to the interview?. I don't want a Req for Info being sent, when we know one form is out-of-date after submission.
I think her priority date is Feb/12, our processing center is MSC and field office is San Antonio, TX.
I also checked online and there is no specific email address or form to fill out, except a 1-800 # and request for infopass, however this should only be done after a wait of 90 days or longer. I don't want to be seen as claiming a delay when its been less than 90 days and dont know whether to send to San Antonio or MSC address.

Any ideas, comments on approximate wait times

    Thanks in advance

    Jack

    You should be okay

If I remember correctly I saw that the edition date had changed just before I was about to file, BUT I believe the website says it's accepting the older i-864 version until sometime in May. So if you've already filed you should be okay. If there had been a problem you probably would've gotten a RFE by now.

If you're worried, schedule a infopass or call the customer service line (though sometimes they're no help...)

    Good luck!
