Hello everyone, i would like to ask if anyone has the same problem as mine before I consult an immigration lawyer.
I am a US citizen and wanting to petition my DAD. I did my research at USCIS on how to petition my dad.
1. under my birth certificate, my Dad's nationality was FILIPINO
2. under my dad's Philippine Passport and other credentials, his nationality was Filipino
3 my problem is under my Dad's birth certificate , His nationality was CHINESE (he said that it was a mistake by His parents, my dad is a Chinese but was born in the Philippines already)
my question is, upon submitting forms and sending proof documents , will thats nationality under his birth certificate be a problem at all?
