I am the petitioner for my mom's green card. I am unemployed but have enough savings to show financial support.
My assets and savings are under the name of a trust [ so it has my name AND my husband's name ]
My tax returns are also similar.
I DO NOT want to involve my husband so is it ok for me to just file i864 by myself. Will the documents showing my husbands name get confusing. I would like to avoid joint sponsor or I864A as well.
Please help, much appreciated !
