Green card for sibling

I am a US citizen, and plan to apply for a green card for my sister who is in India.
She is married, so how would it work for her husband? I can only apply for my sister's green card, is her husband automatically included as he is the spouse, or does my sister have to wait to get her green card to apply for a green card for her husband?

She along with her spouse, and children below 21 yrs. of age would be included on her application, when her time comes (current wait times are ~12-14 yrs.). So there is a long time to go before her PD becomes current.
