Document check of family based green card, income of beneficiary used in affidavit

First I'd like to thank all for the great information in this forum, it has enabled me to attempt this process without a lawyer.

My spouse is a naturalised US citizen and I am currently working on an L1 visa, she is currently unemployed and we plan to use my income on the affidavit of support.

Here are the documents that I intend to send and I'd like to double check with you guys before sending them, just in case we are missing something.

535.00 USD -> I-130 (Petition for alien relative)

Do I need to send G-1145 for each form?
Am I missing something? Any other supporting document I should get?
