I-797C rejection for incorrect fee(I-130 and I-485 concurrently)

I recently received a I-797C rejection because I apparently put the incorrect fee amount on the check I sent. My question is whether I can resubmit with all the documents that they sent back to me(medical reports, affidavit letters, and even the forms themselves) or if I have to refill out everything? I would prefer just to resubmit everything because it was a hassle to compile all the documents but if that would lead to another rejection then I will do it.

What do you guys think?

I had the exact same problem happen to me. I ended up calling the USCIS and asking them what to do. They told me to just resubmit the same documents, and make to include correct fee this time around. In my case, I overpaid them by putting an extra check for Work Permit application and that made it easy because all I had to do was get rid of that extra check and mail everything back to them as it was originally filed. They processed it.
