Hi Guys,
I've searched through the forum regarding this and here's what I understand is needed -
a) Non-Availability Certificate (we'll need to get this from the municipal office / registrar or sub-registrar's office of my birth place)
b) Two affidavits - One from each parent on a stamped, notarized letterhead
There are multiple formats for these that have been shared. Can someone, who has used these in the past and their application has been accepted, be kindly willing to share scans/screenshots of their documents? Your help is greatly appreciated.
