Priority Date on F4 Category

Hello everyone. My brother filed a petition on February 2005 and I wanted to ask about the priority date. Is February 2005 the priority date for my case or is another date because I got an e-mail for NVC with the date when the petition was approved and it says February 2009.

My question stands, is February 2005 or February 2009 the priority date for my case?
