My grandmother is a US citizen and is wanting to apply greencard for her daughter. Was wondering if she were to apply soon (sometime this year). How many months/years would it take to get her daughters greencard?

Appreciate it if you can tell me where to check so that moving forward I can look at the direct source.

Married child of US citizen is in the F3 category, which has a wait for visa numbers of 12+ for people born in most countries (much longer for people born in Mexico or the Philippines)
