Hi All,
Good day. I worked in US on H1B from 2010 to 2014 and then got my AUS PR and moved back there. I have a son of 1 year old and he is now and AUS citizen. I still have an year of H1b left.
Can i come back to US with the H1B that i have still an year left?
Can i apply for GC keeping my son's citizenship and apply for GC with AUS Priority Date?? so that i can get my GC faster and can skip the long waiting Indian queue ?
