Our parents got biometric done on 04/16/2018.However on checking the status remains the same.Can anybody inform how to know the present status and how long will it take for the processing to complete

the online updates are notorious for being delayed, you can try calling and speaking to someone or setting up an info pass appointment but chances are they'll say to wait at least 90 days before inquiring a bout the status. best of Luck
