Hello all,
I just got my citizenship on 4/24, and my mom arrived the U.S. on 4/27. If I apply green card for her in mid-May, is this going to be an issue due to 90-day rule?
I did some online search, and see some people say immediate relatives are exempted from the 90-day rule, while others say the opposite.
I am just wondering if anyone heard a case that parents green card got denied due to adjusting status too early?
