  • I-130 Native Foreign Language

    Hello,

I am filling out I-130 for my wife and I have questions about form I-130, specifically questions 57a-58f.

My spouse is originally from Russia but is a citizen of Canada. The question states "If the beneficiary's native written language does not use Roman letters, type or print his or her name and foreign address in their native written language".
First of all, she has lived in the US for many years (via employment visa) and has no foreign address anymore. Does that mean, I should leave the address field blank or "n/a"?
Also, should I write her name in Russian or English, or leave that blank as well?

I searched everywhere and I can't seem to find an answer, any pointers are very much appreciated!

    Thank you
