i 864 vs. i 864ez - newly employed

I am new to this forum!

I am applying for green card for my parents, and I'm wondering if I can use the i 864 ez using only my current income.

I am currently employed full time. The last few years, I was unemployed (took time off to take care of kids). I returned to the workforce this year. I file taxes jointly with my husband. The taxes for previous years all reflect my husband's income, and I did not have any W2s. If I attach last year's tax transcript (for which I don't have any income) and my current paystubs as proof of current income, is that sufficient? Or do I have to have my husband be a joint sponsor?
