Hello everyone,
I'm filing I-130 for my wife, and ran across this question.
For question 45, it asks "was the beneficiary ever in the United States", from what I researched online,
if you select yes to this question, you have to answer 46 a.to 46 d., which is asking for Class of Admission and I-94 info.
My wife is currently NOT in the States, and according to the instruction,
it asks me to fill out this section only if the beneficiary is currently in the States.
Can someone please help?
