Hello all, new here and really appreciate all the information available.
My situation: I am US citizen, living outside of the US. Married to man who was deported from the US (he was undocumented and got a DUI). He has been outside of the US for 7 years. We met 5 years ago - outside of the US. Now married for 3 years. We would like to move back to the US. I know he hasn't been out for the 10 years.
Should I file the I-130 and wait for the decision before filing the other documents? Or should everything be filed together?
Anybody else been in a similar situation by chance? Not sure how to prove hardship for me since I've already been living outside of the US. Except that I 100% have not been able to pay my student loans and I cannot get a job in my field to save my life (I've been outside the country for 6 years. A little tired of teaching English.)
Thanks in advance for any insight/information/advice.
I appreciate all of you!
