Finalising green-card

Hey

So I?m here in the US on my ESTA. I have an interview date for my green-card in London (June 20th, which is still within my 90 days on the ESTA). I?m wondering if there?s any way to simply pick-up while in the US? I know about adjustment of status and how it?s risky but I?m talking about just moving the interview from U.K. to US since I?m here and have a job offer?

Of course, I plan on going back for the medical and interview but things would be a lot easier (and cheaper) if there?s a way to finish things while I?m here.

You cannot have your interview switched to the U.S. from London without completing the other pre-interview requirements over there (medical exam).
