I-130 processing timeline at 'National Benefits Center'

Hello experts - looking for some guidance. ..

Filed I-30, I-131 and 485 for my parents concurrently in Nov 2017 in US. It went to National Benefits Center.

I see any old(2013) post saying NBC will be processing I-130s yet i could not find any website publishing the processing timelines.

wonder if someone knows if I-130s are still being processed there? If yes, any way to check timeline?
