Has anyone submitted the form I684W_Exemption, with AOS/I485?
Our daughter is claiming my wife and I, on an I130, we are filing also I485/I786...altogether as a package and
we intend to use the I864W exemption form since we have more then 40 quarters of SSA credit after 23 years here working and paying our taxes.
We would like to know if the "SSA Statement" is the only document that we have to send with the form I864W,
and if that document will cover both of us since we always filed our tax together.
If we will need anything else other than the statements and if it there is any other issues about it, that not aware of and we should consider.

I think the SSA earnings statement is the only thing that needs to be attached.

I am not sure what you mean by "cover both of us". Each person's Social Security credits are separate, regardless of how taxes are filed. However, one can include one's spouse's credits during the period of marriage and also include one's parents' credits while one is under 18. So for example, for your I-864W, you can count not only your own credits but also your spouse's credits from the period of marriage; and conversely for your spouse's I-864W, she can count your credits from the period of marriage. And for your daughter's I-864W, she can count both of your credits from between her birth and when she turns 18.

This is my personal opinion and is not to be construed as legal advice.
