List of documents to be submitted with I864
Hello folks;
I do apologize if this question has been asked before.
I am ready to submit the I-864 form along with a documents needed for my sister and her husband. The question I have is where can I find a list of all the required documents/certificates etc that need to be submitted?
This is what I have so far:
- US Naturalization certificate of Sponsor
- Income tax of Sponsor
- Birth certificates of wife and brother in law
- Police clearance certificates of wife and brother in law
- Marriage certificate for wife and brother in law
- Form I-864
What else do I need?
