Hello,
I'm a US permanent resident (green card) and would like to start the GC process for my wife (we will get married in next 2 weeks).
I'm currently living and working in Seattle, WA while she's finishing some studies in Vancouver BC (Canada). I try to spend 50% of my time in US in order to ensure keep my US residency, so I usually travel back and forth every other week. Back in January we started a lease together in an apartment in Vancouver and I also have one in Seattle.
I have a question about Form I-130, part 4 question 59: is it recommended to put the address where we currently live in Vancouver and if so what should be the end date if we're currently still living here? Or is it better to not put anything to avoid any concerns about my residence in US? As a bona-fide proof I was also going to include the lease, which would show my name together with hers.
Thanks in advance,
A*
