how to pay us$220 immigration fees (for physical green card)

i have purchased a forex card (visa) in india & loaded it with us$660
can i use this forex card to pay the immigration fees (220X3)
-at the usics.gov pay screen-
it asks: 'u.s credit card' or 'u.s bank account')
then
-it asks : i want to pay with a debit or credit card (visa / master / amex / jcb / diners)
then
on the screen, is shows

'Please provide the Credit or Debit Card Information below'

agency tracking id: TSGxxxxxxxx
payment amount $xxx.xx
*country - what do i fill here
*billing address - what do i fill here
*city
*account holder name - what do i fill here - my visa forex card does not have a name printed on it)

then it displays the visa / master / diners.. logos

*card number (i have that)
*expiration date (i have that)
*card security code (what's that - is it the 3 digit *** code)

I doubt you will be able to pay with that card because apparently it asks for a u.s.-based method of payment and forex is not. But do give it a shot by entering your name and a us address and see what happens. Your *** should be the three digit number on the back of the card. If it does not work you should just borrow a us-issued card/account from a friend or whoever is sponsoring for you.
