Early walk-in for bio-metrics possible? Any experience with Norridge, IL?

I can't attend my bio-metrics on appointed date. Is it possible to show any other day before appointment date? Anybody with any experience with Norridge, IL center?

No dude you gotta go, nothing is more important. My husband had to miss work with no pay for the two times he had to do this. He went to the place in uptown chicago. Walk in is not a ?thing?
