Hello,
I am sorry if my question is repetitive, appreciate if anyone reminds me how to do.
We filed DS-260 while ago, and then had to move to new apartment. We are not living in US yet. Then my wife who is my sponsor got a job in another city and she had to move very quick to work. So we live separate due to work. Now my question is:
- Do we need to file I-865 ( considering she is abroad )
- Due to my research, people mentioning by emailing NVC and even calling them, that would be enough for informing NVC for changing address of both petitioner and beneficiary. If so, what is NVC email and phone number for changing so,
- As beneficiary, I have to inform NVC I believe, don't I?
