It will be great if anyone can help us on the following 2 questions.
1) We've submitted the I-864 to NVC but NVC replied "The sponsor does not appear to meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor the intending immigrants for this case. The consular officer will make a decision regarding this requirement at the time of the interview.
Our question is should we upload the proof on the sponsor's assets, cash in an US bank account, has which can meet the minimum income requirement NOW as an additional documents to NVC or wait to show at the interview?
2) The sponsor has been living outside the US for over 10 years. So after we submitted everything to NVC, NVC requested us "Please submit proof of domicile". Is there anyone who got the immigrant can advise what kind of documents can be the proof of domicile besides those mentioned in NVC's website?
Thank you so much!
