Hello,
I am an Iranian citizen that has been living in the US since I was a child under withholding from removal status.

I was married to a US citizen nearly 2 years ago, and applied for my I 130 in December of 2016. However I still have not had my I 130 application approved. After many requests and outside of normal time submissions they keep saying wait 60-90 days.

My lawyer has not been very helpful. Anyone have any thoughts?

Did you I130 approved? If it is, how long did it take for you? Did you get any senator help? I have similar case like yours. Thanks
