Visa Bulletin vs timelines people have experienced
Hello all,
I've been reading people's experiences with green card timelines and most get their marriage-based green cards in about 6 months. However, when I look at the bulletin board https://travel.state.gov/content/tri...july-2018.html it seems to say they are only processing applications from 08MAR12 right now for F1 and 01DEC17 for F2A. Can someone clarify the confusion? Does the Bulletin timeline apply in some special cases only?
