My husband was petitioned by his mom on April 1996 and we got married on December 2004. Just recently he received a letter from NVC notifying him that Visa number is already available for him and he has 1 year to reply if he is still interested apply for his visa. The problem is we don't know if we are going to tell them right away that we got married or shall we get a laywer to help us. Thanks!
