DATES FOR FILING FAMILY-SPONSORED VISA APPLICATIONS is met, what is the next step?

I just checked the visa bulletin for this month, my priority date is already earlier that the "DATES FOR FILING FAMILY-SPONSORED VISA APPLICATIONS", what is the next step?
Is the immigration office going to contact me or I need contact them?
