  • I-751 conditional removal denial

I was married to my first wife for a very short period of time, we separated several weeks after my green card interview. Our marriage were not **** but due to how short it was USCIS is potentially going to deny my renewal request.

After my interview my case has been transferred to a new office which now has juristriction over the case, that was back in May. I?m assuming it could be denied but don?t know yet.

However, shortly after my separation I met my current wife and we been married now for almost two years, together for 3.5 years total.

I?m worried about the process of my current application with my first wife, if it gets denied, how simple is it to request to apply for a new I-130?

I know they will look closely into our current relationship but I know it would pass any type of examination.
I was never iligaly present in the country if that matters. Any advice would be appreciated

USCIS will or might approve condition removal if the marriage ended in good faith based on evidence available, but from my view, it would have being a different case if you are not with someone else, you need a legal adviser to explain your chances to you, just be honest.
